Welcome and thank you for visiting the web site of the Rowan Amateur Radio Society. Our club is located in Salisbury NC, the county seat and largest city within Rowan County. We are centrally located between the mountains and the coast of North Carolina in an area known as the Piedmont. The Rowan Amateur Radio Society was founded in 1937, and we have been an ARRL affiliated club since 1968! Our club holds monthly meetings, and you are cordially invited to attend the next one, bring your family and your friends we’ll have a great time.
