Directions: In North Carolina, take I-85 to exit 76 to Salisbury. Head west towards Salisbury on East Innes Street until you come to Martin Luther King Jr Ave South this is the Captain D’s / McDonalds’s intersection, turn onto Martin Luther King Jr Ave South. Go two blocks to find the Salisbury Civic Center on your left.
