The October foxhunt held on Saturday the 23rd was a fun event for all. Rick, K4PM was the fox and he chose an excellent new location in the western part of the county across from Sloan Park where we hold Field Day every year. Gary, K4GHL, was the first to find the fox but he drove too many miles(24.1) to win. Ralph, WB4AQK, found the fox last and finished 2nd because of mileage(22.2). Tommie, N4YZ, was 2nd to find the fox and won the event with the low mileage(12.9).
N4YZ will be the fox next month and has pledged to keep everyone hunting for a long, long time. Come on out and join in on the fun. Check our club event calendar for the date and time, our sidebar widget will update once the entry has been made as well. To see our club event calendar Click Here.
