Local VE Testing Sessions

For people living in the United States obtaining your Amateur Radio License has never been easier! To become licensed you are required to successfully pass a short 35 question written examination approved by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Once licensed, it is possible to upgrade and receive additional privileges simply by passing more intensive examinations. We have trained W4VEC Volunteer Examiners (VE's) standing by to administer these tests throughout the year at various locations in the area.
